No registration is required for the Sunday park session. You can simply join us at the scheduled time. For indoor classes at the Center, use the WIP app to register and stay updated.
Our weekly park sessions are always free and open to everyone. Indoor classes at the Center and special workshops or retreats may require a participation fee — see each practice page for details.
Comfortable clothes, a yoga mat or towel, and water. Everything else is provided by the spirit of the community.
Absolutely. Our sessions are designed to be inclusive, with modifications for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
